Clandos are inexpensive unregistered taxis. They are usually older cars that are generally not painted yellow like normal taxis.

Note:

 To be frank, although passengers in clandos never get into trouble themselves, clandos are technically illegal since they are unregistered. Clando drivers may try to avoid police.

 Clandos in specific neighborhoods all have a specific route that they take and will not deviate from this route. One should ask others in one’s area, or friends and family if there are clandos going in one’s desired direction not the clando driver himself.
